  • Your ceramic knife is ideal for straight cuts of fruits, vegetables and boneless meats.
  • Always use your ceramic knife with a plastic or wooden cutting board.
  • Avoid cutting on tile, stone, glass or marble.
  • Never use your ceramic knife to pry open anything or in applications that require flexing or twisting.
  • Do not use your ceramic knife to cut frozen foods, cheese or food with bones.
  • Avoid dropping your knife on hard surfaces or turning the blade on its side to crush garlic or like foods.

CARE

  • Always keep your knife clean.
  • Hand wash with water and liquid dish soap. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
  • Store your knife in a sheath, tray, knife block or the original package.

Ceramic Folding Knives and Sports Cutlery

  • Your ceramic knife is designed as a precision cutting tool. Ideal for use in the field for skinning and dressing game. Excellent for straight cuts of fruits, vegetables, boneless meats, paper and rope.
  • Ceramic knives are very sharp but are not intended for chopping or cutting items such as bone, staples or frozen products.
  • Do not use your knife to pry or in applications that require flexing or twisting.

CARE

  • Do not wash in the dishwasher.
  • Always store your Folding Knife in the closed position. Store your Rigid Blade ceramic knife in its sheath.
